COVID -19

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

We are all being advised only to travel when necessary – for work, shopping or to attend pre-booked medical appointments / collect medicines.  If you are using public transport for this please read the following guidance from the Scottish government:

https://www.transport.gov.scot/coronavirus-covid-19/transport-transition-plan/advice-on-how-to-travel-safely

If you are in one of the medical categories that recommend not wearing mask, it is not necessary for you to get a note from your GP.

FACE MASKS

Face coverings are now mandatory on public transport and highly recommended to be worn in closed environments such as shops.  The following link shows how to correctly wear a mask, and provides guidance on how to make one yourself.

LIVE ACTION

Scottish and UK Governments suggested physical activity as one of four essential reasons to be able to leave the house during the COVID 19 Pandemic. See below for more information.
