QUARRYSIDE PRACTICE IS MERGING WITH BARGARRAN MEDICAL PRACTICE

Quarryside Practice will be merging with Bargarran Medical Practice on Monday 16th October 2023. All IT works will commence on Wednesday 11th October and will be completed on Monday 16th October. Therefore, this practice will only be providing urgent medical care from Wednesday 11th October until Monday 16th October (inclusive), as our systems for patient records, prescriptions, results and reports will not be operational. PLEASE ENSURE ALL PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS ARE IN BY FRIDAY 6TH OCTOBER, TO ALLOW ENOUGH TIME FOR PROCESSING.
