Complaints

Quarryside Medical Practice is committed to providing high quality care and treatment to our patients through the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. We understand, however, that sometimes things go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with something we have done, or have not done, please tell us and we will do our best to put things right. If we cannot resolve matters in the way you want, we will explain why it’s not possible to do as you suggest.

If you have a complaint, please contact the practice and ask to speak to the Practice Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a written complaint for the attention of the Practice Manager

If you are complaining on behalf of another patient, we will ask you to fill in a consent form to give you permission to make the complaint on their behalf. Please ask to speak to Practice Manager and she will provide you with the relevant consent form.
